Transparency in Coverage
Federal law requires every employer health plan to publish machine-readable files listing the rates it has negotiated with in-network providers and the amounts it has allowed for out-of-network care. This page is where the files for the Swipejobs health plans are made available.
About the files
The files are published in the format set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and are intended for researchers, regulators and developers of price-comparison tools. They are very large and are not designed to be read directly. They are not a way to check what you will pay for care.
SISCO, the administrator of the Swipejobs health plans, hosts the files and updates them each month. They cover the Cigna and PHCS networks used by our medical plans. No login or personal information is needed to access them.
